Stephen King spoke last night at the Fall For the Book Festival in Fairfax VA: “Books are the world’s best weapon against assholes.”

Funny stories, great timing, and he even read an excerpt from his latest novel that’s coming out.  Really excellent event — and it was free! Even better. ;>
